About the Role

Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position, and all necessary equipment (laptop and secure internet connection) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our internal calendar system
• Provide timely updates to attorneys and legal staff regarding client communications
• Maintain accurate logs of client interactions and appointment history
• Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, or client inquiries
• Ensure all communications are handled with confidentiality and care
• Support with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in English with a clear, neutral accent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or virtual assistant roles
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time)
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and/or scheduling tools
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and discretion, especially when handling sensitive legal matters
