About the Role:

Remote Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from U.S.-based clients during U.S. business hours
• Politely and professionally greet clients and determine the purpose of their call
• Schedule appointments or consultations with the appropriate attorneys using our internal systems
• Take detailed messages and ensure prompt delivery to the relevant legal team
• Handle basic client inquiries about office hours, scheduling, and attorney availability
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the internal team regarding any client needs or scheduling conflicts

Requirements:

• Based in India with the ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time)
• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent preferred)
• Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Reliable internet connection (provided by us, along with a company laptop)
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Professional demeanor and respect for confidentiality
