About the Role

India-based Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach & Scheduling:

  Contact candidates by phone or message to confirm interest and availability, then schedule them into the recruiter’s calendar.

• Initial Screening Calls:

  Conduct short intro calls using a script to gather basic information and assess fit (no deep technical screening required).

• Calendar Management:

  Coordinate time zones and avoid conflicts in recruiters’ diaries.

• Follow-Ups & Reminders:

  Send reminders and confirmations for scheduled calls or interviews.

• CRM & Recordkeeping:

  Update notes in the CRM or tracking system after each call or contact.

• Inbox Support (Optional):

  Assist with email organization and basic responses.

Ideal Candidate

• Based in India and comfortable working during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident phone manner – polite, clear, and professional
• Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, spreadsheets, and CRMs (training provided)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls
