Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from attorneys across the U.S. in the IP legal sector.
• Speak clearly and professionally to understand their needs and availability.
• Book meetings directly into recruiters’ calendars (Google Calendar, Calendly, etc.).
• Provide polite, professional responses and route any detailed queries appropriately.
• Keep accurate notes of all calls and interactions.
• Follow up on voicemails or missed calls as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral or American-accented tone.
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. professionals, especially attorneys.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or call handling preferred.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet home working environment, and professional headset.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (flexibility across time zones is a plus).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, Zoom, and CRM systems (a bonus).
