Role Overview :

The Regional Manager – School Outreach will lead IIAD’s efforts to establish and nurture strong relationships with schools, career counselors, and coaching centers. This role requires a strategic approach to build IIAD's brand, organize impactful events, and inspire students to explore design education. The candidate will also oversee the implementation of regional outreach activities, ensuring seamless coordination with the central team while fostering a vibrant ecosystem of design aspirants.

The Candidate is expected to demonstrate reasonable amount of skills and maturity in the following:

1. Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with principals, career counselors, and educators across the region.
• Act as the primary liaison between schools and IIAD, addressing queries and fostering collaboration.
• Regularly engage with coaching centers and career counselors to promote IIAD's initiatives.

2. Outreach and Events

• Plan, execute, and represent IIAD at career fairs, school events, and exhibitions.
• Organize and conduct dynamic sessions, including:
• Design Bootcamps: Hands-on workshops emphasizing creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking.
• Career Guidance Sessions: Interactive counseling to help students explore opportunities in design.
• Inter-School Competitions: Events encouraging innovation and critical thinking among students.
• Teacher Training Workshops: Sessions aligned with NEP, focused on empathy and cognitive development.
• Effectively promote IIAD’s programs, courses, and application processes to potential students and their influencers.

3. Strategic Engagement

• Collaborate with the academic and communication teams to tailor outreach initiatives for maximum impact.
• Identify regional trends and opportunities to position IIAD as a leading brand in design education.
• Develop creative strategies to enhance IIAD's visibility and engagement with schools.

4. Operations and Coordination

• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, materials, and schedules, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Monitor feedback from schools and participants to refine and improve outreach activities.

5. Leadership and Reporting

• Lead and mentor regional outreach team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
• Submit detailed End-of-Day (EOD) reports to the central management team, summarizing activities, challenges, and outcomes.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination with IIAD’s central team to align regional efforts with institutional goals.

6. Representation and Advocacy

• Represent IIAD’s mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet stakeholders and conduct outreach activities.

Educational Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years in school outreach, educational marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in event planning and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and a flexible work schedule.
• Enthusiasm for education, creativity, and fostering student development.

Salary :

(40-50k/month)Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
