Regional Sales Manager

Franchise Development: Ø Develop and implement regional franchise sales strategies in line with company goals. Ø Identify, approach, and assess potential franchisees to expand the company’s franchise network. Ø Present the FOCO franchise business model, including financial details, operations, and support systems, to prospective franchisees. Ø Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, including lead generation, qualification, meetings, negotiations, and agreement finalization. Business Growth: Ø Drive the growth of franchise-owned stores while ensuring profitability and alignment with the company’s operational standards. Ø Analyse the market to identify areas of opportunity for franchise growth and expansion. Ø Work closely with franchisees to support store setup, business launch, and ongoing operations. Ø Monitor franchisee performance, ensuring adherence to the company’s operational guidelines and brand standards. Relationship Management: Ø Build strong relationships with franchisees and act as their primary point of contact for business development needs. Ø Provide continuous training, support, and guidance to franchisees to maximize their success and profitability. Ø Collaborate with franchisees to implement marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the local market. Ø Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to any operational or business-related challenges faced by franchisees. Financial Performance: Ø Set and achieve regional sales targets for franchise development and overall franchisee performance. Ø Track and monitor the financial health of franchisees, providing recommendations to optimize profitability. Ø Prepare regular performance reports for senior management on franchise sales, business development, and growth metrics. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Ø Manage and mentor a team of TSM & Filed executives within the region. Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure franchisees receive comprehensive support. Ø Lead regional franchise events, such as workshops, training sessions, and franchisee meetings.
