• Manage and handle the day to day operations. • Manage the operations team including lead generation, customer care and MIS reports. • Handle the escalations from the franchisee as well as from the operations team. • Well-versed in advanced MS Excel (Knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot, and Shortcut keys) and Deep content research skills. • Excellent command of MS Word and MS Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot tables, Macros, SQL, etc.)
