Regional Sales Manager South

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business goals and revenue targets as per company policies.
  • Oversee daily regional operations, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Expand presence in private sectors such as Hotels, IT Parks, Banks, Metros, Railways, Hospitals, Malls, FMCG, Warehouses, etc.
  • Gather and analyze competitor intelligence and formulate counter-strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and promotional plans for high-end fire safety products (e.g., Aspirating Smoke Detection Systems, LISTEC, Redundant Fire Alarm Systems).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCC contractors, PMCs, consultants, and end customers.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively and lead contract negotiations.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective regional operations aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure products and services comply with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Follow and enforce company policies, SOPs, and quality protocols.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports and financial summaries.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and assist in resolving legal or contractual matters.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, maintain active engagement with tendering authorities.
  • Conduct site visits for enquiry generation and technical evaluations.
  • Support in payment recovery and timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Coordinate and manage region-specific site activities in collaboration with project teams.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 815 years of sales experience, preferably in the

    fire industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of fire safety products and systems.
  • Proven track record in B2B and project-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with government and private tendering processes.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage
