About the Role:


We’re on the lookout for a high-energy Recruitment Specialist with a sales or business development background—someone who understands what it means to work towards targets, build trust-based relationships, and own outcomes from start to finish. If you’re looking to move away from hard selling and into a meaningful role that still lets you chase targets, drive impact, and grow with a company that’s scaling fast—this could be your next big move.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across sectors.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Own client communication: understand role mandates, set expectations, and deliver with quality and speed.
  • Drive closures independently with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment targets.
  • Manage internal trackers, ensuring candidate data and process flow is well documented.
  • Work closely along team mates and contribute to Nevoxel’s brand, processes, and expansion plans.


Qualifications:


  • Have 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or target-driven recruitment.


Required Skills:


  • Are assertive, self-motivated, and thrive in high-responsibility roles.
  • Have exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Enjoy solving problems, meeting new people, and closing positions quickly and effectively.
  • Are looking to work in a small, agile, and entrepreneurial setup where your work is visible and valued.
