Our commitment to excellence and personalized service sets us apart.. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates for various internal roles within our growing organization. This is a crucial role that directly contributes to our success by ensuring we have the right talent to serve our clients effectively. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, best practices, and labor market conditions. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed. Contribute to employer branding initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Recruiter, preferably within the education, consultancy, or immigration sector. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Familiarity with the foreign education or visa consultancy industry is a plus. Residing in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
