Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Tara Maa Security Solutions located in West Bengal, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating recruitment activities. They will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate databases. Qualifications Recruitment and Interviewing skills Experience in sourcing and screening candidates Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team Experience in the security industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
