Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Gandhinagar. The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. They will also manage job postings, screen resumes, and maintain an effective talent pipeline. Collaboration with various departments to understand hiring needs and using innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent will be key tasks. Qualifications Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings Skills in coordinating with hiring managers and understanding hiring needs Ability to use innovative recruitment strategies and maintain a talent pipeline Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in IT recruitment is a plus Show more Show less
