Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will leverage job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles across departments.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Apna Jobs, Monster, IIMJobs, etc.
• Actively use LinkedIn and other social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the internal team.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and ensure alignment with budget.
• Issue offer letters and follow up on joining formalities.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) for sales and support roles.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and social media sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions across departments.
• Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Preferred:

• Prior experience recruiting for sales, technical, or site roles in the building materials or construction sector.
