Are you an experienced recruiter ready to join a high-growth, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a contractual recruiter with strong Naukri sourcing skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Source, screen, and close profiles using job portals, referrals & vendors
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding
• Manage trackers and dashboards for daily/weekly hiring updates
• Coordinate walk-in drives & hiring events
• Engage with global stakeholders and hiring managers
• Ensure smooth communication and exceptional candidate experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Naukri (Boolean search, nVites, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing recruitment MIS / dashboards
• Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / B.Com / Any Regular Graduate)
