Job Title: Recruiter – IT & Non-IT

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Location: G Block, Sector 63, Noida

Salary: Attractive Hike on Current Salary

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:

Vastika Technologies is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with strong sourcing skills, screening capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) for IT and Non-IT roles.

Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of potential candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job roles, expectations, and interview feedback.

Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs.

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
