Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle of premium apartments and delivering a seamless home-buying experience to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective buyers and generate qualified leads through direct and digital channels. Conduct detailed project presentations, site visits, and personalized property consultations. Achieve monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, inbound leads, and external channel partners. Coordinate with the CRM and post-sales teams to ensure smooth documentation and client servicing. Maintain accurate and timely reports of client interactions, follow-ups, and progress updates. Stay well-informed about project specifications, market dynamics, RERA guidelines, and competitor offerings. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales (preferably in the ₹40L–₹1.5Cr range). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi. Strong negotiation, closing, and client-handling abilities. Professional appearance with a customer-first mindset. Sound knowledge of real estate documentation, processes, and legal formalities. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and communication tools like WhatsApp and Email.
