Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our premium property sales division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value property deals, managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for premium residential/commercial projects. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with HNIs, NRIs, and institutional investors. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in premium/luxury segment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-value transactions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Well-versed with CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Qualities: Existing network of HNI/NRI clients. Understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions. Fluent in English and local language(s).
