React Native Architect - Immediate Joiner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contributions to open-source React Native projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and mobile backend as a service (MBaaS) solutions.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless functions.
• Experience with WebSockets, push notifications, and offline storage solutions.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum development environment.

What We Offer:

• 7+ years of extensive experience in mobile application development, with at least 5 years specifically in React Native.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Architect role, responsible for the end-to-end architecture of large-scale React Native applications.
• Deep expertise in React Native framework fundamentals, component lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or React Context API.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and platform-specific guidelines for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Experience with native module development for integrating platform-specific functionalities (iOS Swift/Objective-C, Android Java/Kotlin) when necessary.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application security best practices.
• Familiarity with modern build tools, package managers (npm/Yarn), and bundling tools (Webpack).
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git and Git workflows.
• Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Detox, Appium).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane, Azure DevOps, Bitrise).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
