Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Radia Tool SME to manage, maintain, and optimize the enterprise-wide deployment of HP Client Automation (Radia). The candidate will be responsible for handling software distribution, patch management, and endpoint compliance across thousands of systems globally.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Radia toolset, strong scripting ability, and hands-on knowledge of Windows endpoint management, with a focus on automation, reliability, and enterprise security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Radia infrastructure including core servers, agents, and databases.Create, package, test, and deploy applications and patches using Radia.Develop and manage software distribution jobs, scheduling, and monitoring.Troubleshoot client health, failed deployments, and policy conflicts.Ensure endpoint compliance through patch policy enforcement and reporting.Automate routine administrative tasks via PowerShell, VBScript, or similar scripting.Collaborate with other IT teams (security, service desk, infrastructure) to ensure aligned endpoint configuration.Support upgrades and migrations of Radia infrastructure as needed.Provide documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational runbooks.Monitor environment performance and recommend enhancements for scale and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or End User Computing.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Radia / HP Client Automation.Strong knowledge of software packaging, deployment strategies, and patch management.Experience with Windows 10/11 endpoint administration in a large-scale environment.Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch) for automation tasks.Working knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Familiarity with ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Asset Management).Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and within a global support model.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other modern endpoint management tools (as a secondary skill).Exposure to compliance frameworks and enterprise security policies.Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy as it relates to client management.

Education
