We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Manual QA Tester to work on a prestigious public sector project. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with 100% remote flexibility — night shift required to match the US team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive test reports and document defects clearly.

Report bugs and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.

Participate in cross-functional collaboration with developers and product teams.

Ensure software quality and performance through rigorous testing practices.

Recommend improvements for enhanced user experience and performance.

Track QA metrics like defect densities and open issue counts.

🛠️ Skills & Experience Required

10+ years in Manual QA Testing.

Excellent at writing clear test plans and test cases from requirements.

Hands-on with both white-box and black-box testing.

Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools.

Good knowledge of SQL, scripting, and GitLab issue tracking.

Experience with API testing, website/web app testing, and Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.

Experience in performance/security testing is a plus.

Self-driven, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive mindset.
