QC Manager

Job Brief :

Test raw materials per IS codes; oversee pre- and post-pour QC; resolve client issues; manage ISO documentation and audits; monitor prestressing, calibration, and batching operations; train teams; maintain QA plans.

Job Location: Bawla , Ahmedabad

Roles And Responsibilities:

-Incoming raw material testing as per IS codes

-Overlook pre-pour and post-pour activity of precast and prestress concrete in the plant

-Solve daily queries related to quality

-Client query handling for any quality-related issues

-Manage complete documentation as per ISO and face audit

-Monitoring of prestressing activity

-Periodic monitoring of lab calibration apparatus

-Testing of third-party raw material

-Monitor the batching plant operation and ensure working as per IS guidelines

-Ensure QC lab is operational at all times

-Training of QC team and production team as per monthly calendar on quality aspects

-Undertake latest updates as per requirement

-Prepare and maintain quality assurance plan

-Prepare and update quality manual as per guidelines

-Hands-on experience of Design Mix

Education Qualification:

Diploma / BE Civil

Work Experience:

-10 Years experience in Quality Management in Construction industry

-Handled team size of 5–7 people

-Experience of working on ERP software

Skill Sets:

-Team Handling skills

-Strong documentation skills

-Good IT Skills

-Knowledge of IS Codes
