Job Title: QC Executive – VMER & VG Calls Department: Quality Control Company: Ecure Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mahmoorganj, Varanasi Reporting To: Senior Medical Officer Position Overview: Ecure Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QC Executive to oversee the quality assurance of VMER (Video Medical Examination Reports) and VG (Videography) calls conducted for insurance clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all interactions comply with internal protocols, regulatory guidelines, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily audits of VMER and VG calls to ensure adherence to internal quality benchmarks and client-specific protocols. Identify, document, and report discrepancies, deviations, and areas for improvement in communication, process flow, and data accuracy. Provide constructive feedback to team leaders and associates to support continuous performance improvement. Maintain accurate quality reports, dashboards, and audit documentation in line with company standards. Participate in regular calibration sessions with the operations team to maintain alignment on quality expectations. Stay informed about current insurance industry regulations and internal SOPs to ensure audits reflect up-to-date compliance standards. Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection practices when handling sensitive information. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in any discipline; preference given to candidates from Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields. Strong analytical, listening, and observational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with quality monitoring tools and systems. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
