Job Description

Job Role

Work with the product team to understand requirements and document the product requirements.
Execute and improve QA processes via Test automation tools as well as manual testing
Support Agile / Scrum software development life cycle and project management approach by creating, documenting, and executing test plans
Troubleshoot software system errors and file processing issues
Work on user experience testing and cross browser testing.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved and on release of application
Identify, record, document and track bugs

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Understanding of SQL and browser developer tools (to review network call, performance of API)
