Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Full Stack Developer

with expertise in

Python (Django/Flask)

on the backend and

React.js

on the frontend. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire tech stack to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (Django or Flask)
  • Design and build responsive UI components using React.js
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps engineers
  • Integrate frontend with backend services and third-party APIs
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with frameworks like Django or Flask
  • Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web security best practices
  • Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite
  • Version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab
  • Basic knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Exposure to Unit Testing and TDD practices
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
