Python Developer – Frappe Framework

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and Python. Customize and extend ERPNext modules based on business requirements. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other backend engineers to create seamless web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance. Develop RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.   Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Python development. Strong hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB and understanding of database design. Solid understanding of web development concepts, REST APIs, and MVC architecture. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap is a plus. Good understanding of version control systems like Git. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
