We’re looking for people who share our passion for reinvention, to bring fresh opinions, ambition, and to challenge our thinking in our goal to achieve net zero!Let me tell you about the roleSupport the Procedure Squad to deliver clear and concise risk assessed Site Operating Procedures (SOP) and to provide an accurate description of how work is performed safely by site users. Act as Technical SPA in the Procedure Squad to ensure development of procedures to the agreed standard.What you will deliverProvide operations expertise and an independent view to Project Operations - Procedure Squad for Site Operating Procedures (SOP) development. Ensure “Procedure for SOP” is consistently implemented. Review step by step Site Operating Procedures to ensure process operations and safety are adequately addressed. Participate in the risk assessment review of SOP and verify all risk and control measure are addressed. Review and check all risks are identified within the SOP and confirm risk are correctly identified. Participate in the review process when a major procedure update is after Multi Purpose Dynamic Simulator (MPDS) testing, Human Performance review, and end user testing walk through full procedure in field. Manage the interface between project Engineering, Operations teams and 3rd party Technical Authors to manage procedure delivery from drafting, review to approval. Recommends procedures are ready for review. Recommends procedures are inline with agreed standard. Performs operating procedure modification and update.What you will need to be successfulMust have educational qualifications:
BSc or BEng or MEng (UK), BSc (US), or international equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.Minimum years of relevant experience:10 years experience in Oil and Gas front line operational role.Must have experiences/skills :Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of organization, with discipline engineering, contractors, and operations.High level of initiative and ability to work independently to identify and set work priorities.Proficient in the English language - Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels in a field or office setting. Technical and operations expertise in several areas related to the responsibilities defined. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.Good to have experiences/skills :
