### Hiring Requirement: Project Coordinator Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Work Mode: On-site (Jodhpur) | Work from home acceptable only in exceptional cases --- #### Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling infrastructure projects, particularly in HDD, Pipelines, City Gas Distribution, or Civil Construction domains. --- #### Minimum Qualifications & Experience: * Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the following: * HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) * Pipelines * City Gas Distribution * Civil Construction Projects * Procurement Skills: Must have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement processes. * Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations. * Language Skills: Strong command of English (both written and verbal). * Additional Advantage: Candidates with experience in bidding or tendering processes will be given preference. --- #### Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage project activities ensuring timely execution and compliance with client requirements. * Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement and logistics. * Assist in tender/bid documentation preparation and submission (if applicable). * Support the project team with scheduling, reporting, and documentation. * Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and internal teams. --- #### Employment Type: Full-Time #### Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards --- Interested candidates meeting the above criteria may apply with their updated CV and a brief cover note highlighting relevant experience.
