YOUR TASKS

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Project Lead with a strong background in .NET technologies, including .NET Core, Angular, and both web and desktop application development. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage full lifecycle software development projects using .NET and modern web technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and set project goals.
Oversee architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable web and desktop applications.
Coordinate with developers, UI/UX and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution.
Implement and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.

Your Qualifications

Technical Skills Required:

Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular (v10+), Web API
Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and RESTful services
Familiarity with Windows Forms and WPF for desktop applications
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript
Experience with Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks
Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a plus
Version control using Git, GitHub/GitLab
CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech. computer science or related field
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
