YOUR TASKS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Project Lead with a strong background in .NET technologies, including .NET Core, Angular, and both web and desktop application development. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle software development projects using .NET and modern web technologies.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and set project goals.
  
• Oversee architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable web and desktop applications.
  
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution.
  
• Implement and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  
• Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular (v10+), Web API
  
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and RESTful services
  
• Familiarity with Windows Forms and WPF for desktop applications
  
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript
  
• Experience with Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks
  
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a plus
  
• Version control using Git, GitHub/GitLab
  
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech. computer science or related field
  
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
