Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with strong experience in managing and

executing TMS/ATMS installation works at field level. He will be responsible for

overseeing and managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating with various

stakeholders to ensure timely completion, and addressing any issues that arise during

the project. Key tasks include planning project phases, expediting processes,

conducting inspections, and managing logistics. He will also ensure compliance with

industry standards and quality requirements while maintaining clear communication with

the project team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate site installation activities for TMS/ATMS

components.

 Frequently visit site (Pan India) and check the project activities.

 Manage field teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure work is

completed per drawings and timelines.

 Hire site engineer as per project requirement

 Prepare and track daily/weekly progress reports, site logs, and installation

checklists.

 Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and vendors for site-related

issues and approvals.

 Conduct site surveys, check site readiness, and report material/equipment

requirements.

 Ensure quality compliance, safety protocols, and adherence to project

specifications and SLAs.

 Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics of equipment and manpower.

 Participate in testing & commissioning (T&C) activities with technical support

teams.

 Raise installation-related issues and support troubleshooting during handover or

snag clearance.

 Maintain clear communication between HO, client, and site teams.

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

 Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Management, Civil, or related

fields.

Experience:

 1+ years of experience in field installation and coordination roles in traffic, toll,

ITS, or automation industries.

Skills:

 Good knowledge of traffic system components.

 Understanding of power supply systems, cabling, and communication

infrastructure.

 Strong coordination, team handling, and problem-solving skills.

 Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and report generation tools.

 Ability to travel and stay at project sites as required.

Growth Path:

Project Coordinator → Project Manager → Regional Manager
