Mumbai-based full-time role

Responsibilities
  • Track daily site progress across civil, MEP, finishing, and façade works
  • Maintain logs for RFIs, drawings, design changes, approvals, MOMs, DCRs
  • Coordinate with PMC, consultants, vendors, and internal departments (contracts, design, procurement)
  • Follow up on milestone dependencies (material approvals, vendor mobilization, shop drawing submissions, etc.)
  • Support project billing documentation (certifications, WOs, running bills)
  • Maintain trackers for procurement, GFC/IFC drawings, and site inspection records
  • Update internal dashboards and prepare weekly progress reports for management
  • Help streamline handover documentation and quality snag tracking
  • Attend site coordination meetings and prepare accurate MoMs
Key Skills & Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in project coordination or site execution (residential/commercial real estate preferred)
  • Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Civil, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Google Sheets; working knowledge of ERP/PMIS tools a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep tasks on schedule
  • Strong documentation discipline
