Position: Project Coordinator

Reports: Head - Sale and Marketing

Work location: Jubilee Hills

Experience: 3-5 Years in the similar role

Roles & Responsibilities of Project Supporter.

· Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate the projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

· Plan and monitor progress against established schedules.

· Changes and additions to the agreed projects coordination with Design Team, Sales Team and Plant Teams.

· Understand quality Checks.

· Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.

· Reporting on the project's progress.

· Overseeing projects and helping to mitigate issues and challenges

· Managing relationships with internal and external Employees.

· Updating and maintaining project records and documentation.

· Distributing project documentation.

· Should able to understand AutoCAD drawings.

· Responding to enquiries and complaints stakeholders.

· Inspection of site.

Administrative services

· Advice and guidance on project management tools or configuration management.

· Specialist functions like planning or risk management.

· Administering configuration management procedures of the Change Control Approach

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or Post graduate in Engineering (Mech/Civil/EEE), or a related field.

· Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

· Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards).

· Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
