Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud including Plan & Campaign Management Segmentation & Target Groups Content Management and Contacts & Profiles. This role will be hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud. Oversee the segmentation and targeting of groups to ensure effective campaign reach. Provide expertise in content management within the SAP Marketing Cloud environment. Manage contacts and profiles to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes and best practices. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Support the integration of SAP Marketing Cloud with other business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing campaigns and data management. Provide training and support to team members on SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and tools. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in SAP Marketing Cloud Plan & Campaign Management. Demonstrate expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud Segmentation & Target Groups. Have experience in SAP Marketing Cloud Content Management. Show proficiency in managing SAP Marketing Cloud Contacts & Profiles. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
