Job Summary The program manager role at Squadstack is a position focused on identifying and solving critical business problems to drive growth and scale. Program Managers take end-to-end ownership of a service vertical or product unit, becoming future leaders within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of business building, leadership, and accountability, with a focus on achieving results. Responsibilities Lead Critical Supply-Side Initiatives: Take end-to-end ownership of key projects aimed at strengthening our supply operations. This includes initiatives like building a referral engine, revamping supply outreach processes, and solving high-impact business problems that directly affect scale and efficiency. Process Design & Implementation: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows, conduct on-ground research, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to design scalable, SOP-driven processes. Ensure smooth execution and adoption across teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between supply and other functions such as business, marketing, product, and finance. Align priorities, drive consensus, and ensure timely execution of shared goals and deliverables. Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Identify roadblocks that limit the growth of the supply function. Develop data-backed, actionable solutions that remove bottlenecks and enable scale-up. Data & Insight-Driven Decision Making: Dive deep into customer and supply behavior metrics. Extract insights that drive better planning, performance tracking, and process improvements. Requirements Start-up or consulting experience of 2 years - 4 years across product, user growth, customer experience, sales, supply etc. Over and above - a strong-willed, sharp problem solver and hands-on!
