Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building And Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing loan customers
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with sellers through regular communication, proactive engagement, and a deep understanding of their business needs and financial goals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and acting as an advocate for their needs within the organization
  • Establish approachability and build rapport to facilitate open discussions about their financial requirements
  • Provide priority service to assigned sellers, ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution of queries or concerns

Cross-Selling And Upselling

  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant financial products and services (e.g., additional loan products, insurance, payment solutions, business tools) based on the sellers & current and potential future needs
  • Effectively upsell existing loan customers to higher-value products or services that align with their growing business requirements
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies and campaigns to maximize cross- selling and upselling conversions within the assigned portfolio
  • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of various financial products and services to sellers
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend the most suitable solutions for each seller

Target Achievement And Performance Monitoring

  • Be responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned targets for cross-selling and upselling revenue, product penetration, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Implement effective sales techniques and strategies to consistently meet and surpass targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes
