Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing high quality brand strategy and creative execution.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns especially with social.
- Experience with financial metrics, analytics, and using data to inform marketing or product strategy.
- Excellent technical, creative and leadership skills, with the ability to execute effectively with innovative and creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analysis, and people management skills, as well as effective business acumen.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. Responsibilities
- Drive Go-to-market strategy, plan and execution for Gemini in India, using research and insights. This includes leading aspects of brand marketing, creative development, media planning, buying and comprehensive measurement.
- Conduct business analytics to support Marketing strategy, impact and measurement with a focus on campaign performance across all brand and media initiatives.
- Work with various teams communicating and solve problems collaboratively, managing relationships with creative agencies, media agencies, and partners for large-scale activation.
- Partner with product teams to deliver insights, launch and communicate Gemini features and lead the strategy, planning and execution of large-scale, fandom-based activation. This includes managing end-to-end campaigns across cricket, movies, etc., ensuring strong brand presence and engagement.
- Develop a brand narrative and identity for Gemini, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints and understanding of the cultural nuances.
