Role Overview:

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the

  product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization

  for AI/LLM-powered healthcare solutions.
• Work closely with clients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to define

  high-impact use cases

  and product requirements.
• Translate user needs into detailed

  user stories, product specs, wireframes

  , and

  acceptance criteria

  .
• Collaborate with teams across

  LLM/RAG pipelines, vector DBs

  , and

  deployment infrastructure

  (AWS, Hugging Face, Lambda Labs) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Lead

  sprint planning, product demos, retrospectives

  , and

  release cycles

  in Agile environments.
• Define and track

  KPIs, success metrics

  , and

  user feedback loops

  to guide product decisions.
• Ensure alignment with

  HIPAA and healthcare data compliance standards

  .
• Partner with SMEs and clinical advisors to validate solutions with authoritative sources (e.g., CDC, WHO, PubMed, NICE).
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in

  JIRA, Confluence, Notion

  , and

  Miro

  .

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of

  product management experience

  , preferably in

  healthtech

  ,

  AI/ML

  , or

  enterprise SaaS

  platforms.
• Strong understanding of

  Generative AI

  ,

  LLMs

  (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), and

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  workflows.
• Proven track record of managing

  AI product lifecycles

  , from concept to delivery.
• Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and tools (AWS EC2/S3, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  agile methodologies

  , team collaboration tools, and stakeholder reporting.
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Ability to work across engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and SME teams to execute a unified product vision.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to

  HIPAA-compliant

  product development.
• Experience with

  LLM performance evaluation
