This role involves identifying product gaps, sourcing suppliers and production houses, managing product life cycles, and ensuring market success. The Product Manager will also play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives, ensuring the right positioning, and pushing sales by coordinating with the marketing team for timely deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Development: Manage the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market needs. Identify gaps in the current product range and propose new product opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Drive in-house product development to introduce innovative and high-demand products. Sourcing & Production: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and production houses for finished products. Ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining Blossom’s quality standards. Work closely with production teams to ensure timely product development and launch. Product Life Cycle & Sales Analysis: Monitor product performance from production to market, ensuring continuous evaluation and improvement. Track and analyze product life cycles, making data-driven decisions for modifications or phase-outs. Evaluate sales data and consumer feedback to optimize product offerings. Marketing & Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning and promotional strategies. Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and in-store activations. Work with the sales team to push product visibility and drive sales growth. Coordinate the creation of marketing collaterals, packaging, and promotional materials. Support product launches with strong go-to-market strategies. Competitor & Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance market positioning. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure the product-market fit. Key Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fashion, innerwear, or retail. Experience in sourcing and working with suppliers/manufacturers. Knowledge of product development processes, materials, and supply chain management. Ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, and production teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for market trends Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and sales strategies is a plus. Show more Show less
