We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand visibility while maximizing ROI. Responsibilities Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and programmatic networks. Continuously optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc. ). Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize performance. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and messaging. Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaigns while achieving desired goals. Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Build and segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and interest data. Recommend and implement new channels, tools, and strategies for growth. Work on SEO (optional based on role scope) and organic growth initiatives if needed. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing in a reputed digital agency. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms. Strong knowledge of key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimization techniques. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking/attribution tools. Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Basic understanding of customer funnels, attribution models, and LTV (Lifetime Value) calculations. Creative thinking for ad copy, visual briefs, and landing page optimization. Experience with marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, and MoEngage) is a plus. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc., preferred. Preferred Attributes Highly detail-oriented and result-driven. Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
