Job Title: Product Launch Specialist – Junior Level

This role sits within the eCommerce team, which is focused on driving commercial performance through strategic product management and seamless digital operations. You will collaborate with buying, planning, studio, and platform teams to support the go-to-market process for seasonal launches across major fashion marketplaces.

This is a junior-level role ideal for someone starting their career in fashion, eCommerce, or digital operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with tools, data, and cross-functional teams that drive online product readiness.


About the Role

As a Junior Product Launch Specialist, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring new seasonal products are prepared and launched on time. Your main responsibilities include collecting, validating, and managing product data—such as names, imagery, pricing, and sizing—and making sure everything is correctly set up in internal systems.

You will also learn how product data flows through eCommerce systems like SAP, PIM, and Tradebyte, and help resolve any issues that may delay a product from going live. During peak business moments, you will also support adjacent teams like Site Merchandising and Content to ensure smooth product launches.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support product data onboarding and enrichment for seasonal launches
  • Help monitor system updates to ensure product readiness
  • Assist in resolving product-related data errors, including attributes, imagery, and pricing
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product setup
  • Learn and work with tools such as Tradebyte, PIM, and PLM
  • Maintain and update internal product documentation (e.g., Confluence pages)
  • Track product go-live timelines and help prevent delays
  • Conduct simple data quality checks and reports using Excel
  • Support other teams like Site Merchandising and Content during busy periods (e.g., major campaigns or sale events)


What We’re Looking For

  • 0–1 year of work or internship experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or data operations
  • Familiarity with Excel (basic formulas); knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and digital workflows
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Clear communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Eagerness to learn the functional and operational aspects of eCommerce
  • A proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving and collaboration
