Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer II with over 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in UX, problem solving, user research, and a proven track record of building 0-1 & 1-10 products. In the Customer Delight charter, we’re currently building AI-powered in-house tools to improve customer experience and user retention. As a Product Designer II at Zepto, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our users. Key Responsibilities Own the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach. Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Zepto's brand and user needs. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products. Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Framer and expertise in using Gen AI for conceptualization, etc. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent UX & problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
