  Job Title: Procurement Executive – Data Centre Infrastructure Location: Rohini, Sector-5, Delhi Department: Procurement / Projects Reporting To: Procurement Manager / Project Head Company: Sky IT Infratech Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement for data center infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing critical IT hardware, networking components, electrical materials, HVAC systems, racks, cabling, and other infrastructure-related items, ensuring timely availability and cost optimization across projects. Key Responsibilities: Source and manage vendors for data center-specific components such as servers, network switches, racks, PDUs, UPS, cooling systems, structured cabling, and passive components. Collect quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms. Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality checks. Coordinate with the project execution team to understand bill of materials (BOM) and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate procurement records, stock levels, and vendor data. Manage AMC/warranty documentation for critical components. Follow up on material delivery, pending orders, and vendor commitments. Coordinate logistics and dispatch across multiple project sites. Ensure procurement activities comply with internal SOPs and financial controls. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure components and vendor ecosystem Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in Excel, purchase management systems, and documentation Ability to read and understand BOQ/BOMs and technical specifications Good communication and coordination skills Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under tight timelines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration 1–4 years of procurement experience in IT/infra industry (data center procurement preferred) Familiarity with OEMs like APC, Cisco, HP, D-Link, Schneider, Rittal, etc., is an advantage Job Type & Compensation: Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday
