Primary Coordinator

JOB TITLE- PRIMARY COORDINATOR JOB LOCATION - ATTAPUR FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED The Primary Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the primary school curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, fostering holistic development, and building a collaborative team culture among primary teachers. She will serve as a key liaison between teachers, parents, and school leadership, ensuring smooth academic operations and student success. Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership: Oversee curriculum planning and implementation across all subjects for primary grades Ensure lesson plans, assessments, and teaching methods align with the school’s vision and learning outcomes. Monitor and evaluate teaching practices and student performance regularly. Support integration of 21st-century skills, creative thinking, and experiential learning in the classroom. Teacher Management & Support: Supervise and mentor the primary teaching staff, offering constructive feedback and professional development. Conduct classroom observations and maintain quality control of academic delivery. Organize regular team meetings, workshops, and peer learning sessions. Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new teachers. Student & Parent Engagement: Address academic or behavioral concerns in coordination with teachers and parents. Organize and oversee parent-teacher meetings, events, and progress discussions. Encourage student participation in co-curricular and enrichment activities. Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate timetables, substitutions, assessments, and exam schedules. Work with school leadership in planning academic calendars and school events. Ensure adherence to school policies, protocols, and code of conduct. Requirements: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred). Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a primary school; 2+ years in a leadership role preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle conflict professionally. Knowledge of child development, innovative pedagogy, and progressive teaching strategies.
