Role Overview

This position plays a vital role in shaping the institute’s brand image, reputation, and public perception, directly impacting its success in the market. The Marketing and Public Relations is responsible for fostering team collaboration by aligning marketing and PR efforts with overall company goals, ensuring a cohesive approach towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: This role involves meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing marketing and PR projects to ensure successful outcomes and timely delivery.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Driving continuous improvement in marketing and PR processes, exploring innovative strategies, tools, and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Assisting the top management in the development and implementation of promotional strategies across all marketing channels (online and offline both).
  • Analyzing the market to identify the target audience and current market trends.
  • Ensuring a positive public image and consistent media coverage of our institute’s initiatives/programs/actions and objectives.
  • Managing and assisting in the creation of press releases and social media posts that preserve our reputation.
  • Responding to media inquiries for information release.
  • Building impactful public relations strategies that shape the public perception of our institute.
  • Maintaining strong connections with media representatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field—Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or public relations managerial roles
  • Outstanding analytical skills—being able to foresee challenges and come up with solutions
  • In-depth understanding of social media
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Budget management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Skills & Attributes

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, web analytics, content management systems, and CRM software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing and PR principles, market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance within the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Public relations: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Branding: 5 years (Preferred)
