About the Project

We are looking for a skilled freelancer or part-time professional to help implement an Approval System using the Microsoft Power Platform. The project involves automating the existing approval process and integrating tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI to create a streamlined, scalable, and data-driven solution.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user-friendly Power Apps interfaces for approval.
  • Implement automated workflows using Power Automate for multi-level approval logic
  • Configure a centralized SharePoint list to store records securely
  • Create real-time Power BI dashboards for analytics, tracking, and decision-making
  • Ensure role-based access control, data validation, and security measures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for feedback, testing (UAT), and adjustments
  • Provide handover documentation and basic user training if needed


Requirements

  • Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and form UI/UX
  • Ability to handle end-to-end implementation independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Availability for regular check-ins during project duration


Compensation

  • Project-based payment (Negotiable based on experience and delivery timeline)
