About The Opportunity

• Design and deliver comprehensive Mathematics lessons for Classes XI and XII aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/state boards).
• Create detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor student progress through regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions for learners needing additional support.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and report cards; communicate progress and areas for improvement to parents and school leadership.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to develop cross-disciplinary projects and innovative teaching strategies.
• Integrate educational technology tools (smart boards, e-learning platforms) to enhance engagement and accommodate diverse learning styles.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field, plus B.Ed certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Mathematics at the PGT level for Classes XI & XII.
• In-depth knowledge of Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Statistics, and their pedagogical approaches.
• Proven ability to manage a classroom, engage students, and maintain discipline.
• Strong communication skills for effective dialogue with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with digital teaching aids and learning management systems.
  

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education.
• Experience with CBSE, ICSE, or international curricula.
• Certification in educational technology tools or e-learning methodologies.
