Job Description

We are looking for a smart, dedicated, and tech-savvy Personal Office Assistant to directly support the Director & CEO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, proactive, and committed for the long term, with strong skills in computer software, AI tools, basic HR tasks, social media, follow-ups, and reporting. This role requires someone who can multitask, think ahead, and manage professional responsibilities with full confidentiality and trust. Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and task planning Prepare reports, maintain Excel sheets, manage files, and follow up on pending tasks, IMP: Google form Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, Google Workspace, automation platforms) to create drafts, summaries, posts, or presentations Support basic HR functions like interview coordination, document collection, onboarding assistance Through Social media Agency: Check / Manage and post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) direction Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, vendors, and clients Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Be ready to take ownership of tasks and grow with the company long-term Requirements:Graduate in any stream with strong computer proficiency Basic command over spoken and written Hindi & English Skilled in MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, Canva (20%), and modern AI tools Strong follow-up and time management abilities Well-presented, responsible, and loyal Social media knowledge (posting, messaging, content formatting) Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Why Join Us?Work directly with the Director and learn multiple business verticals Friendly, respectful, and growth-focused work environment Long-term stable opportunity with personal development Exposure to digital tools, business strategy, and leadership processes Performance-based growth and recognition
