IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Software Support Executive to manage inbound support calls from clients using our Led TV, Digital Signage, and AI-powered display solutions. The role also involves occasional on-site visits for product demos, installations, or technical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern display software, cloud platforms, and AI technologies – and can guide clients effectively with confidence and professionalism. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Attend inbound technical support calls and resolve client issues via phone, email, or remote access. Provide software support for Digital Signage CMS (Content Management Systems), display scheduling, and cloud syncing. Guide customers on AI-enabled signage features and smart display integrations. Log and track issues using a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution. Visit client sites for live demos, installation supervision, or training (when required). Collaborate with the product, hardware, and sales teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends in display software, IoT, AI, and smart integrations. Document FAQs, tech tips, and customer guides for internal and external use. ✅ Requirements:Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong understanding of software, cloud-based CMS, and digital display systems. Familiar with AI tools, APIs, and integration with visual displays (preferred). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in Hindi & English (additional regional languages a plus).
