Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) Location: Hinjawadi, Pune Experience: 0–1 year Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with MS Office tools, capable of managing schedules, and handling day-to-day office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of senior leadership Maintain and organize diaries, reminders, and meeting follow-ups Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders Handle email and phone correspondence professionally Maintain records and files in an organized manner Support in event coordination and logistics Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all tasks Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent organizational and coordination skills High level of professionalism and attention to detail Show more Show less
