About the Role:

Performance Marketing Executive – Affiliate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns to meet performance KPIs (sales, leads, traffic).
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and product teams for campaign execution.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with affiliate and performance marketing trends.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate terms and brand guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and promotional deals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience

    in affiliate or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms like Impact, CJ, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously.


Good to Have:

  • Experience working in eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, or consumer brands.
  • Basic knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tracking tools like UTMs, pixels, and cookies.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or partner marketing.
